A Smart Share Room is the public delivery page created after an upload. It can show file status, QR sharing, sender notes, previews, download controls, expiration rules and abuse reporting and moderation review in one place.
A Living Link lets the sender manage a Smart Room after it has already been shared. The public URL stays the same, while the sender can update settings from a private manage link.
Yes. From the private manage link, the sender can add more files to the same Smart Room, replace a file with a newer version, remove a file from the room, or delete it when needed.
Yes. Supported image and video files can be previewed directly inside the Smart Room before downloading. Bundles can also show compact image and video galleries.
Yes. The uploader can disable media previews during upload, and can also manage preview visibility later from the private Smart Room controls. Recipients can still download the file if the link allows it.
Image preview supports common formats such as JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF and BMP. Video preview supports common web formats such as MP4, WebM, MOV, M4V and OGV, with MKV as best effort depending on the browser and codec.
Time Capsule lets the sender choose a future opening date. The Smart Room shows a countdown, and downloads stay locked server-side until the scheduled time.
Yes. The sender can include a personal text note or audio note so recipients understand the context of the shared files.
Yes. A Smart Room can collect client approval or change requests directly on the public delivery page, and the sender can review responses from the private manage link.
Yes. Smart Links can be sent by email from the Smart Room with Turnstile protection and rate limits to reduce spam.
Yes. Smart Rooms can show an approximate downloader map with countries and cities, plus CSV and JSON export for activity review.
Links can use expiration dates, optional passwords, download limits, one-time access, blocked countries, Turnstile checks and server-side rules before files are shown or downloaded.
Drive currently supports uploads up to 10 GB per file with resumable chunks, so interrupted uploads can continue by selecting the same file again.
Use the Request feature page to submit an idea, explain the use case and choose a priority. Requests are sent to the site owner and can be reviewed in the admin area.
